Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Virtual or software download orders typically take 1 to 2 days to process. Our main distribution centers are located in the central U.S. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via FedEx or UPS and offer freight shipping on heavy orders (over 150lbs), Ground, 2 Day Air, and Overnight shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $99 qualify for free Ground Shipping to a U.S. address within the lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.

When will my order ship?

Unless an item is on back-order, most items ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed after 1PM CST on Friday (or Saturday/Sunday) will ship the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders with large, heavy items will ship via freight, which has an average transit time of 3 to 5 days. Ground has an average transit time of 2 to 4 days. 2 Day Air has an average transit time of 2 days. Overnight has an average transit time of 1 Day. NOTE: “Transit time” does not include order processing time, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days (excluding Holidays).

How do I find my tracking numbers?

If you included a valid email address when you placed your order, an email containing your tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your item(s) have shipped.

Can I change the shipping method after my order has shipped?

No, we are not able to change the shipping method after an order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

I clicked on the tracking number in my email and my browser said the link was not valid.

Try copying and pasting the actual tracking number into the tracking search box on the FedEx or UPS website. You can also copy and paste the tracking number into Google. Please be aware that there may be multiple tracking numbers for your order.

If I place an order Tuesday afternoon and select Overnight shipping, will I have my item(s) on Wednesday?

No. The shipping method you select (i.e., 2 Day Air, Overnight, etc.) does not include order processing time, which depending on the item(s) you ordered, can take 1 to 2 business days (excluding Holidays).

I placed an order two days ago and paid for 2 Day Air, but my item(s) have not arrived yet. Why?

In most cases, your order shipped in multiple shipments. Before calling customer service, please verify that you have checked the status of all tracking numbers.

Where do you ship from?

Most items ship from our regional distribution centers located in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Do you offer blind shipping?

No. We are not a distributor and cannot offer blind shipping.

Can I pick up my order locally?

No. All of our products are shipped from regional distribution centers and are not available for local pickup.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. We only ship inside the domestic U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, we recommend using a domestic based shipment forwarding service.



I purchased software two hours ago, but haven’t received anything via email. Where is my download?
Per the listing for each downloadable software product we sell, it details the time it takes in which you will receive an email with your license number and download instructions. Most of our downloadable software takes 1-2 business days to process. Unfortunately, we do not offer instant downloads at this time.

Do you sell QuickBooks in a boxed CD format?
Intuit stopped selling boxed CD's a few years ago, as the trend in the software industry is moving to purely a digital delivery method. Intuit still provides a "re-install" CD. Please keep in mind, a "re-install" CD is simply a generic disc with a QuickBooks installer (.exe) file on it and does not contain any license information. Also, the download version will many times be the latest version of the software compared to what's on the CD as there are often updates / patches to the software since the release of the CD.

Why are your prices lower than Intuit's prices?

My QuickBooks software is asking for a validation code. Where do I get one of those?

I’m having trouble logging into my Intuit Online Account. What do I do?
Contact Intuit support with your QuickBooks license number and business information (name, address, phone, etc.). They will be able to assist you in getting access to your Intuit Online Account.

How do I download software from my Intuit Online Account?

  1. Enter your User ID and Password. (Your User ID will be the email address you used when you purchased your software).
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Click Products on the left side of the screen
  4. Select your product.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install.
  6. When the installation is complete, open the software using the desktop shortcut.

After logging into my Intuit account, I don’t see any of the products I’ve purchased. What do I do?
Sometimes Intuit licenses do not get properly linked to their associated logins on Intuit’s portal. If this has happened to you, simply contact Intuit support, using one of the Intuit support numbers on this page, with your license number(s), business information (name, address, phone, etc.), and the username of your Intuit account. They will be able to assist you in linking your license(s) to your Intuit account.

What are the benefits of downloading software?
When you download software directly to your computer, you avoid shipping charges, trips to the store and waiting in line. Not only is it fast and convenient, downloading software cuts out the paper, plastic bags and boxes, reducing the impact on the environment.

What happens if my computer crashes or I buy a new computer?
